What we do ourselves
Conclusion has adopted three Sustainable Development Goals with which to shape our internal approach to sustainability: Good health and well-being (SDG 3), Reduced inequalities (SDG 10), and Climate action (SDG 13). We are making great strides in these areas. After all, a better world starts with yourself.
Good health and well-being and Reduced inequalities
We provide a safe, secure, and healthy working environment. An environment in which we are friendly and respectful to one another. With an open and safe business culture in which everyone is allowed to be who they are.
In addition, we are assuming our moral and economic responsibility and are committed to limiting the negative impact of our operational processes on the environment. We are helping to strengthen local biodiversity and are studying ways in which we can reduce our negative impact in the chain.
SDG 3: Good health and well-being
As an employer, we feel a great responsibility for the health and well-being of our most important assets – our employees. We take that responsibility very seriously – not just in words, but also in deeds.
SDG 10: Reduced inequalities
Conclusion believes in the power of difference. In people, characters, and expertise areas. The cohesion in these differences is what connects and strengthens us. In order to utilize the differences in our ecosystem, we are building an inclusive working environment based on our shared principles.
SDG 13: Climate action
How do we ensure that the earth remains inhabitable for our children and for subsequent generations? The effects of climate change affect us all. This means that we are all responsible for sustainable solutions. In fact, it could even be argued that it’s everyone’s responsibility.
