Our vision on sustainable entrepreneurship

Conclusion Mission Critical envisions a future in which IT not only supports a sustainable existence of people and their environment, but also plays a crucial role in tackling societal challenges. By focusing on the relationship between IT and sustainability, we increase the involvement of our employees, customers and partners.

Together with the Conclusion ecosystem, we accelerate the transition and actively take responsibility for the negative impact of IT on the world. Our focus is on delivering IT services with a minimal ecological footprint to support critical business processes. We strive for energy efficiency, the use of renewable sources and the responsible use of equipment that fits seamlessly with our services.

In addition to our commitment to IT and sustainability, we integrate social and economic sustainability into the core of our organization. We focus on inclusivity, ethical business and supporting Dutch (where possible local) communities.

Focus on Sustainable Development Goals

We have linked our sustainability strategy to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We have written strategic multi-year ambitions for three SDGs. These form the basis of our sustainability approach. Two SDGs describe the way in which we work (together).

SDG 3: Good health and well-being

As an employer, we feel a great responsibility for the health and well-being of our most important assets: our employees. We take this responsibility very seriously. We don't just say that, we actively work towards it.

SDG 7: Affordable and clean energy

Energy is responsible for 60% of greenhouse gases worldwide, making it the largest contributor to climate change. IT is an important part of the energy sector, and together with our energy customers we are actively committed to providing IT with renewable energy sources, for affordable and clean energy.

SDG 9: Industry, innovation and infrastructure

We believe in the value of IT as a driver of sustainable solutions. That is why we have linked our services to SDG: industry, innovation and infrastructure. We use these services for customers at the heart of society, such as public transport, transportation and the energy transition.

SDG 10: Reduce inequality

We believe in the power of difference. In people, characters and expertise. The coherence in these differences connects and strengthens us. In order to utilise the differences of the Conclusion ecosystem, we build an inclusive working environment based on shared principles.

SDG 13: Climate action

How do we ensure that the earth remains liveable for our children and future generations? The effects of climate change affect us all. This means that we are all responsible for sustainable solutions. You could even say that everyone is responsible for that.

In addition to Conclusion's sustainability approach, each of the 25+ expert companies in the ecosystem has its own specific sustainability policy that fits its own culture and focus on customers and markets. This policy is also linked to the SDGs. This way, we all speak the same language.
