  2. Business Process Mapping: Mapping the organization's business processes to the functionalities provided by SAP. Functional consultants identify gaps between the existing processes and the SAP system and propose solutions to bridge those gaps.
  3. System Configuration: Configuring the SAP system to align with the client's business requirements. Functional consultants use SAP's configuration tools to define system settings, master data structures, process flows, and customizing options.
  4. System Testing and Validation: Creating test scenarios and conducting system testing to ensure that the configured SAP system meets the defined requirements.
