AMIS Conclusion continues to rise in Computable's ICT employer ranking

In a year in which the satisfaction of ICT professionals with their employers has decreased on average, AMIS Conclusion has managed to distinguish itself positively. In Computable's annual employer survey conducted by Enigma Research almost all the factors examined scored lower than the previous year. Nevertheless, AMIS Conclusion rises from 39th to 32nd place in the overall ranking, with a good score of 8.3. AMIS Conclusion can also be found at the top of several thematic rankings.

AMIS Conclusion climbs to 32nd place in Computable employers ranking 2025

Stable price in a changing market

The survey of more than 1,200 ICT professionals shows that in 2025 they will attach particular importance to the financial stability of their employer, to the working atmosphere and culture, and to good mobility schemes. The content of the work and the responsibilities have become slightly less dominant in the considerations. Against this background, the result of AMIS Conclusion is all the more striking. The rise in the ranking shows that employees retain confidence in the course, culture and professional content of the company.

Experts who make a difference in practice

"Our strength lies in the people who do the work not in promises, but in realization," says André van Dalen, Managing Director at AMIS Conclusion. "We develop and manage data-driven solutions that demonstrably add value. Whether it's improving claims systems at insurers or the smart use of IoT data within the energy sector our colleagues deliver work that stands out."

Strong focus in both content and sector

In addition to the overall assessment, the survey asked about technology specializations and sector focus. AMIS Conclusion scored highly in this ranking: first place in the Internet of Things (IoT) category, second in Big Data & Data Management, fifth in Architecture and twelfth in Business Applications & Analytics. At the industry level, AMIS Conclusion comes out on top in the energy sector, and also scores high in the insurance industry, agriculture and technology, among others. A strong performance for a relatively small organization, among the larger market players.

Impactful technology for societal systems

"We build solutions that touch on the infrastructure of the Netherlands," says Robbrecht van Amerongen, Head of IoT at AMIS Conclusion. "Our colleagues work on systems that have to run 24/7. This requires not only technical competence, but also knowledge of the context in which those systems run, from energy grids to agricultural data chains." He sees this mix of substantive depth and execution power reflected in the appreciation that AMIS Conclusion receives.

Smart solutions for energy and insurance

A good example is the collaboration with Eneco, where AMIS Conclusion developed a cloud platform that started with the control of heat networks, but now also opens up solar and wind farms. "The platform runs stably in Microsoft Azure, is scalable and secure," says Van Dalen. "We built it from the ground up, with the starting point: it just has to work all the time."

Data environment for 90 million insurance checks per month

Another example is the data environment for the CIS Foundation, where AMIS Conclusion plays an essential role in processing millions of insurance consultations. Requests or claims are checked within seconds, thanks to the stable and scalable data architecture. "In this way, we help insurers to make faster and better decisions," says Etienne Valstar, Business Director at AMIS Conclusion.

Fast realization, sustainable solutions

What distinguishes AMIS Conclusion, according to Valstar, is its pragmatic approach. "We build with standard architectures and proven technology, on Oracle or Microsoft. This ensures speed and robustness. No endless experiments, but directly applicable systems that run in production." This approach fits in with the company's philosophy: content first, and always with a keen eye for feasibility.

Room to grow, based on joint success

"Working at AMIS Conclusion feels like a journey of discovery to me," concludes André van Dalen. "We always find ourselves in new situations, with different technologies, sectors and customer demands. What I like is that everyone can take his or her own role in this. Some think from technology, others from customer interest or architecture. It is precisely that combination that makes us successful, and that is reflected in how people appreciate us."
