Personal data that we process
Conclusion B.V. processes your personal data because you make use of our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself, for example through an application procedure. Conclusion is an ecosystem that consists of several companies and uses joint systems (such as CRM, or recruitment systems) in which the personal data is stored. As a result, the personal data we collect is also accessible to Conclusion's underlying companies. We ensure that all of these companies adhere to the same strict privacy and security standards that we have in place to protect your personal data.

• First and last name
• Telephone number
• E-mail address
• IP address
• Other personal data that you actively provide, for example by creating a profile on this website, in correspondence and by telephone
• Location data
• Information about your activities on our website
• Data about your surfing behaviour across different websites

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without consent, please contact us at privacy@conclusion.nl and we will delete this information. 

For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data? 
Conclusion B.V. processes your personal data on the basis of 'legitimate interest' and for the following purposes:

• Sending our newsletter and/or advertising leaflet
• To be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary to provide or perform our services
• Inform you about changes to our services and products
• Assist you in an application procedure
• To deliver goods and services to you
• Conclusion B.V. analyses your behaviour on the website in order to improve the website and to tailor the range of products and services to your preferences
• Conclusion B.V. tracks your surfing behaviour with which we tailor our products and services to your needs

Automated decision-making
Conclusion B.V. does not make automated decisions on matters that may have consequences for individuals. These are decisions that are made by computer programs and/or systems, without human intervention (e.g. an employee of Conclusion B.V.). 

How long do we retain personal data?
Conclusion B.V. does not store your personal data any longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes for which your data is collected. 

Personal data relating to application procedures will be stored for the duration of the procedure. After the application procedure, the personal data will be deleted after 2 weeks, unless permission is granted for storage up to 365 days. The personal data will only be used for recruitment purposes and will be shared with the various operating companies of Conclusion.

Sharing personal data with third parties
Conclusion B.V. shares your personal data with other companies in the Conclusion ecosystem and various third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement (including but not limited to an employment contract) and to comply with any legal obligation. The sharing of this personal data will take place in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations. We enter into a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data as Conclusion B.V. offers you. Conclusion B.V. remains responsible for this processing. In other cases, Conclusion B.V. will only provide your personal data to other third parties with your explicit consent. Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use 
Conclusion B.V. uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. Conclusion B.V. uses cookies with a purely technical functionality. These ensure that the website works properly and that, for example, your preferred settings are remembered. These cookies are also used to make the website work properly and to be able to optimize it. Access, rectify, or erase data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent for the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Conclusion B.V. and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you.

You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data portability of your personal data or your request for withdrawal of your consent or your objection to the processing of your personal data to privacy@conclusion.nl.

If the results contain special personal data, we ask for additional identification. This can be a check of an identity document on the spot or the transfer of €0.01 from an account in the name of the applicant. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

How we protect personal data 
Conclusion B.V. takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes. An extensive security policy and control framework can be requested on request via privacy@conclusion.nl. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please also contact privacy@conclusion.nl.
