Conclusion has welcomed two new members to the leadership team at Conclusion Experience. Dennis Stokman has been appointed managing director, while Carleen van den Broek takes on the role of financial director. Together, they will be responsible for guiding Conclusion Experience to the next stage of its development.
Entrepreneurship and financial expertise
Dennis said: “Having been part of Conclusion for some time now, I know the people, processes and clients well. To remain future-proof, we’ll need to evolve our model further. I have a clear vision of the changing market, and AI will play a major role in that. I’m looking forward to shaping that direction together with Carleen and the team.”
Carleen added: “What appeals to me is the dynamic nature of being financially responsible for multiple businesses within a single organisation. Conclusion also feels familiar: I live in Utrecht and experience the company as very open and energetic. Dennis and I clicked immediately; we complement each other well, both professionally and personally.”
Enjoyment, performance and collaboration
In their respective roles, Dennis and Carleen are committed to a leadership style centred on collaboration, accountability and personal growth. Their shared belief: enjoyment and performance go hand in hand. “It should be fun, but always performance-driven,” said Dennis. Carleen added: “We both have a ‘let’s get things done’ mentality. That brings energy and decisiveness.”
