With over 30 Conclusion companies and a wealth of in-house expertise, knowledge sharing is one of our key priorities. We strongly believe in the power of learning together and continuously growing. By exchanging experiences and inspiring one another, we not only strengthen our own expertise, but also that of our clients.

Our initiatives

Conclusion Architecture Board (CAB)

The CAB monitors technological trends in the market. Almost all of our companies are represented, often through the CTO, lead architect, or knowledge manager. We share knowledge, exchange reusable components, and answer each other’s questions. Topics range from customer challenges to new technologies, security, and R&D.

Youngclusion

Youngclusion is the hub for fun, networking and career growth at Conclusion. Youngclusion brings colleagues from all our companies into contact with each other in an exciting and informal way. Three colleagues who can tell you all about this are Xavier, Guido and Lisanne.

Guilds

With the diverse expertise within the Conclusion ecosystem, our guilds are the perfect place to share knowledge and connect with colleagues from your own field. Together, we broaden our perspectives and learn from each other’s approaches. We have guilds for Architecture, Agile, AI, Azure Platform, Design, and .NET, among others.

Conclusion on Stage

During this event, all Conclusion colleagues are welcome to take the stage if they wish. For many, it’s an accessible way to gain experience as a speaker. And you get to choose your own topic! From personal interests and client projects to the latest innovations and trends.

ConclusiON! 2025 client event

Every year, we organize a client event where customers are inspired by visionaries, experts, and our own colleagues. This year, it takes place in the beautiful Rijtuigenloods in Amersfoort, with the theme: Staying in control of rapid digital developments. Watch the aftermovie!

Diverse communities
