How does that work in practice?
You’ll be working on projects for major national and international companies. Joining a team of seasoned experts – e.g., with finance and warehouse management expertise – you’ll implement Dynamics 365 remote and on-site at the customer. The team takes care of the end-to-end ERP implementation together.
Your role is to translate and implement the processes related to the supply chain of the customer into the Dynamics 365 solution. To get the job done, you’ll discuss e.g. the logistics processes, stock management, and acceptance criteria with the logistics manager, procurement and/or sales manager, and any other key users. When you’re done, you’ll configure and test the solution with your client to ensure a flawless go-live. You support the client from start to finish.

- Your job as a Supply Chain Management Consultant is to use your expertise about supply chain management and our best practices to implement the solution for the customer based on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- You will help our customers to translate and implement their supply chain management processes into the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution, from purchasing and sales to logistics processes.

How does that work in practice?

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Analyzing the supply chain of the customer and customer needs / requirements – from the logistics manager to the procurement and sales managers and to any other key users.
- Advising clients and applying best practices (standard processes) within the supply chain of a customer.
- Converting requirements into standardized automated process within Dynamics 365
- Leading workshops where you sit down with your client to discuss requirements and best practices.
- Train key-users and supporting the customer at every stage of the solution’s adoption.

What you bring to the table
- Enthusiasm, authenticity, ownership, an open mind, and a fresh perspective
- Good communication skills
- Experience with ERP implementations in sales, trade and distribution, logistics, warehouses, and supply chains (pre Dynamics 365 F&SCM)
- Expertise in logistics, procurement and sales processes, and inventory management
- An affinity for process optimization, process mining, digital transformation, data analytics, IoT, Agile, and Scrum
- Advisory and consulting skills
- A college or university degree, e.g., in business administration or computer science
